Gail is a Commercial Insurance Agent specializing in middle market accounts that can benefit from a risk review, benchmarking and comprehensive analysis of the business to prevent coverage gaps, financial leaks, overspending, underperforming insurance and bottom lines, all while giving the top line room to maneuver with the extra funds or the extra coverage support. This is accomplished by proprietary analytics, a specialization support team across the country in every aspect of the insurance program and the close relationship trust needed to accomplish this.
Gail started her career in insurance and spent the next 8 years honing her sales and networking skills. She is a master networker, relationship builder and sales professional. She felt the lack of support learning how to navigate sales and networking with intent, and wanted to mentor others to help them avoid the pitfalls she fell into that kept her from being successful. Mindset work is how she turned her career around and is looking forward to mentoring others in this shift.
Gail is trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing) and is currently seeking her certification in NLP. She has utilized this modality to upgrade and level up her entire life from lost and floundering in her personal and professional life, to creating a lasting legacy that transmuted her negative bank account to thriving in a career as an executive.
